There are several different ways to ADD an Appliance AD to your AD Report.
The two places you can do this from are:

- Below the Heading Area  *(recommended)
- From the Left Panel. Â

Location 1: Â When using the Add Appliance ADs links from below the Heading area, there are 3 methods to choose:

- Â Select Appliance ADs
-   Suggested Appliance ADs  *(best option, saves time!)
- Â Manually Add Appliance Info (information only, will not list ADs)
Choosing the Suggested Appliances link gives you the quickest way to add the appliances that are mentioned in the ADs. Â
Please keep in mind that Suggested Appliances are not necessarily a complete list of applicable appliance ADs, but are merely limited to any that are clearly mentioned within an AD. Â Thus the name “Suggested”.

- Click the check box beside the AD you’d like to Add
- Hit the Add Appliance ADs button
- Hit the Return to Report button

The newly added Appliance ADs will be listed at the bottom of the heading area, and are also listed at the bottom of the Report, which can be seen by either clicking on the No. of Appliance ADs link, or by scrolling down:
Location 2: When using the Left Panel method, simply click Add ADs / Service Documents > Add Appliance ADs.
This method takes a bit more work, but if you’re looking for something very specific, just type the keyword (such as magneto) into the Filter Search, then select the check box beside it and click the Add button.
The newly added Appliance ADs will be listed at the bottom of the heading area, and are also listed at the bottom of the Report, which can be seen by either clicking on the Number of Appliance ADs link, or by scrolling down:
