How to Update or Change Your Account Name, Company Name, Email Address and Primary IA Name: Multi-User

Wondering how to update or change the information for a Multi-User account?

For security reasons, changing the:

        1. Account Holder’s Name
        2. Company Name
        3. Email Address

is something we need to do for you from this end, for Multi-User accounts.

Multi-User accounts can modify the Primary IA Name and Users.  Click HERE for instructions.

EMAIL CHANGES ONLY:  If you are specifically requesting us to change your email, please know that you must first LOG OUT of ALL devices, before we can make the change.  Is it not enough to simply close the browser window.  You MUST be sure you are Logged Out before we can update your account.  Assure us that you are positively logged out, and we will make the change.

The Email address is your ACCOUNT IDENTIFIER, so if you are not logged out, it can cause a lot of problems.  Help us avoid that by being sure you are completely logged out.

Please fill out the Contact Us Form, explaining what the exact changes will be, and we will take care of that for you as quickly as possible.

How to Make a Copy of your AD Report

Do you need a Copy of your AD Report?   If so, you can retain your Original Report, while making unique modifications to the Copied Report.

In the Copied Report, you can delete or add whatever ADs you do not want to include in the Original Report, which may be specific for your Technician working on a particular job.

Here is how to make a copy:

      1.  Open the AD Report
      2. On the left panel, click Report Options
      3. Select Make a Copy
      4. Change the Report Date (if you want) so you know when the Copy was made
      5. Save your changes

You can make as many copies of the Report as you like.

It is up to you if and when you delete the copies, to retain just the original.
