How to Update or Change Your Account Name, Company Name, Email Address and Primary IA Name.

For security reasons, changing the:

      1. Account Holder’s Name
      2. Company Name
      3. Primary IA Name
      4. Email Address

is something we need to do for you from this end, for Single User Accounts.

EMAIL CHANGES ONLY:  If you are specifically requesting us to change your email, please know that you must first LOG OUT of ALL devices, before we can make the change.  Is it not enough to simply close the browser window.  You MUST be sure you are Logged Out before we can update your account.  Assure us that you are positively logged out, and we will make the change.

The Email address is your ACCOUNT IDENTIFIER, so if you are not logged out, it can cause a lot of problems.  Help us avoid that by being sure you are completely logged out.

Please fill out the Contact Us Form, explaining what the exact changes will be, and we will take care of that for you as quickly as possible.
