Wondering how to update or change the information for a Multi-User account?
For security reasons, changing the:
- Account Holder’s Name
- Company Name
- Email Address
is something we need to do for you from this end, for Multi-User accounts.
Multi-User accounts can modify the Primary IA Name and Users. Click HERE for instructions.
PRIMARY ACCOUNT EMAIL CHANGES ONLY: If you are specifically requesting us to change your primary ACCOUNT email, please know that you must first LOG OUT of ALL devices, before we can make the change. *It is not enough to simply close the browser window!* You MUST be sure you are Logged Out before we can update your account. Assure us that you are positively logged out, and we will make the change.
The Email address is your ACCOUNT IDENTIFIER, so if you are not logged out, it can cause a lot of problems. Help us avoid that by being sure you are completely logged out.
