Use the “Filter Search” to find a Specific AD Report

If you’ve created an extensive collection of AD Reports, shuffling through them to find the one you’re looking for can slow you down.

Locate the Filter Search and type your keyword into the box.

The Search will narrow down the list to only display what has been typed into the field:

There are Filter Searches throughout the program, which can be used for more than just AD Reports.

View All Work for a Specific Customer

Would you like to see all your Work for a single Customer?

Go to your My Customer list:

Click VIEW to open the Customer screen:

Scroll through the Customer screen to see all the work for that specific Customer, in one place:

How to Return to the Member Dashboard

Trying to return to the Member Dashboard, but not sure how?

When you’re logged in, look for the red Toolbox in the upper left hand corner of the screen:

It will take you back to the main Member Dashboard:

After you’ve clicked on the red toolbox, you should be taken back to the Dashboard, which looks like this:Β

How to View the Total for all your Invoices, by Year:

If you want to show the Total for all your Invoices, you can create a Summary by Year.

Go to My Invoices, and click the Invoice Summary button:

Select the Year you want to display, and click Get Summary:

View the Invoice Grand Total for the Year.Β  You can break it down by Quarterly or Monthly, and even view Parts Summary:

How to Delete an AD Report

If you’ve been wondering how to delete an AD Report, it’s pretty simple.

*Please Note: Delete is permanent.Β  Reports cannot be retrieved by us later.Β  The information is erased.Β  Please delete with caution!

1. Open the AD Report & click “Delete This Report”:

2. Click “Yes, Delete Report“, to confirm:
