Currency Symbol Options

By customer request, the option to choose your Currency Symbol, (or to display none), has been added.

By default, the currency symbol is the US Dollar, however, that can be changed to any international symbol, or you have the option to display no currency symbol at all.

Another option is to keep the default dollar and cents separator as a decimal, or change it to a comma, which is common in several countries outside the US.

To change your currency symbol, go to My Profile and click the blue “Change” link:

You will see a list you can scroll through to locate the symbol you want.

Attach Documents to Aircraft Profile

Need to attach Documents to your Aircraft Profile?

Perhaps you want to attach old Logbook records, Parts Receipts, previous 337s, Work Orders or Invoices to an Aircraft Profile you’ve set up?  It’s easy to do:

1. LOGIN and click VIEW button to open the Aircraft Profile:

2. The Document area is located just below the Customer/Owners section, towards the left side of the screen.  Click the +Add Document button:

3. Click “Choose File” to locate and select the file you want to upload:

Only certain file types can be uploaded.  Currently, Excel or Word files are not accepted:

You will see the Document appear in the list, in the Documents section:

Click the document link to View or Delete it.

Need to Delete a Document from the Aircraft Profile?

1. Click on the Document link:

2. Click the Delete button:

3. To proceed, Click Yes, Delete this Document button:

Inventory Tracking

Parts Inventory Tracking gives you the option, and ability to record quantities for each Part in your list.

If you’d like to use Parts Inventory Tracking feature, make sure it’s turned ON.  Here’s how:

1. Go to My Profile in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

2. Go to the Inventory Tracking section.
3. Turn Inventory Tracking to ON

Aircraft Accident Incident Data

In an effort to continually expand our service, we include Aircraft Accident / Incident data (from year 1982 forward), within the Aircraft Profiles.

This will allow you to see if there was ever an event that may have compromised the structural integrity of the aircraft, and it can also be very useful during a pre-buy inspection.

If you’d like to see where to access this information, either open an existing “Aircraft Profiles” record, or create a new record.

Upon opening the record, you will see a box on the right side of the screen referencing this data, but only if there was an accident or incident related to that specific aircraft:

When you click on the VIEW button, it will take you to a more detailed screen:

Print Multiple Logbook Entries

Would you like to print more than one Logbook entry on the same sheet?

You can, on the smaller 3.5″ x 5″ labels.

Go to MY FORMS, then click the Print Multiple LSSR button:

Select the Entries you want to print, by clicking the check boxes.  Then click the PRINT button:

Your print out will look like this:

IF you select a FULL PAGE Entry, and it is a full sheet of information, it will more than likely be cut off, on the smaller labels.  Please keep this in mind when printing to the smaller labels.

Manually Edit Registered Owners in Form 337

The 337 is one of our most popular Forms!

By frequent request, you now have the ability to modify the registered owners directly within Form 337.

We encourage you to use the interactive 337, which can be created from within an Aircraft Profile. If you need to set up an Aircraft Profile, it’s easy, here’s how:

Create a NEW Aircraft Profile

Getting back to Editing Registered Owners in the interactive 337:  In Section 2 Owner, just type in your changes and click the SAVE button:

Click SAVE, then PRINT:

You will see your changes on the Print out:

*NOTE:  Yes, we do offer a blank PDF 337 (in the Forms Index >FAA Forms  section), but it’s not “interactive”, it will not be stored in the Aircraft Profile, and it will not save your information online.  You are welcome to use it, but we encourage creating your 337s from within an Aircraft Profile.

Invoice Summary by Month, Quarter and Year

If you’re looking for a quick way to view the Totals for your Invoices, it’s easy to view them by Month, Quarter and Year.

Go to the My Invoices list, and click the Invoice Summary button:

Choose the Year from the drop down list, and click Select:

If you want a more detailed list, click the button that matches your refined list (Quarterly, Monthly, or Parts Summary):

Print Your Subscription Billing History

We all need Receipts for different reasons:

      • Proof of Access to a Regulatory Library for FSDO
      • Give your Accounting Department Proof of Purchase
      • Tax Exemption purposes or for your own records

Whatever the reason, you can VIEW them online, it’s easy, here’s how:

1.  Login

2.  In the upper right hand corner of your screen, click Billing History:

3.  Click the link of the payment you want to view, and the PDF Receipt should appear, looking similar to this:

Print or Download your Receipt for safe keeping.

“Suggested” Appliances in AD Reports

When in an AD Report, you can view and add “Suggested” Appliance ADs that specifically mention your Airframe in the AD.

What’s so special about “Suggested” Appliance ADs anyway?

These “Suggested” ADs specifically mention the Airframe, Engine and/or Propeller model(s) that you have entered into your Report header.

Open your AD Report, and click the “Suggested Appliances” link:

    1. Click the Check Boxes to select the Appliance ADs you’d like to add to your Report.
    2. Then click the white Add Appliance ADs button toward the top of  your screen.
    3. Lastly, click the Return to Report button:

You will see that the newly added ADs will display a GOLD STAR , indicating they are new to your Report:

“Dynamic” Print Options in AD Reports

AD Report Print Layout Options

There are seven (7) Print Options within the AD Report, which are:

    1. Dynamic Standard
    2. Dynamic FAA Style
    3. Dynamic Logbook
    4. Separate by Category (Airframe, Engine, Propeller, Appliance)
    5. Summary (27 lines per page)
    6. Appliance List
    7. Cover sheet

The “dynamic” print style expands the column length to allow for a greater number of text characters, without the font shrinking or being cut off (truncated).

The “dynamic” print function provides Sub-headers for Engine, Propeller, and Appliances.

Try each print style to see which one suits you best.
