Filling out and Invoice and need to change the Shipping Rate?
Do you need to search for a single AD?
As you get to know the different tools within the program, you will notice there are also a number of ways to print.
Our W&B forms do the calculations for you, saving you time and potential mistakes. Need to make a Revision? No problem!
You can make a new form, view, edit, duplicate, convert, print, or download/save it.
There are several different ways to access the Weight & Balance Forms:
BY DASHBOARD:
In the middle area of your screen, there will be a section called My Forms. You can click on:
BY LEFT PANEL:
From within an AIRCRAFT PROFILE:
Create new or Open an Aircraft Profile.
Once in the Profile, look to the middle section of the Screen for Weight & Balance section.
Take a closer look. Here you can:

FIND an Existing W&B Form from within MY CUSTOMER :
Open an existing CUSTOMER.
Look to the middle section of the screen for the FORMS section.
In the FILTER SEARCH box, of the FORMS section, type either:
This will locate those forms directly assigned to that specific Customer.
Click the VIEW button to open and edit the Form.
Once your W&B Revision form is on screen, make all your additions and edits:
Next, click PRINT, it will look similar to this:
If your page has more than 16 lines, it will print a second page to accommodate the overflow. This is called “Dynamic” printing.

It takes less money to get started, and you can turn it off, and on, as needed.*
*Yes, there is a “catch”, but it’s simple to follow:
After the initial 6 months, you can turn your subscription off, and on, as needed.
When reactivated, the automatic recurring charges will repeat every month, so it is up to you to Login and Cancel (pause/suspend) whenever you do not need the service.

$49 a month plan for Single Users (One Person)

When you are ready to re-activate your account, just LOGIN as usual. You will be redirected to a Pricing PLAN page. The reason we offer this is because some returning customers want to change their plan when they return.

Go to MY PROFILE, in the upper right hand corner of your screen:
Click the Add My Company Logo button:
Then click the Browse button:
Select your image file:
Your Logo will then appear in your Profile. Here’s an example:
To change it, click the Change my Company Logo Button:
DELETE the one that is there:
Upload a different image file:
If you want your LOGO to appear on Logbook Entries, be sure to have the Display Company Name and Logo turned ON, in your Profile:
