Need to PAUSE your Monthly subscription?
If you have a MONTHLY Plan, you can “Pause” your subscription with us (after the minimum 6-month initial requirement has been met).
1. LOGIN here:
2. Go to My Profile (in the upper right hand corner):
3. Click on Monthly Subscription Status Options.
4. Click the red CANCEL button (don’t worry, all of your information will remain intact, as is, for when you are ready to return):
A cancellation confirmation will be sent to your email. Both Charges and Access, will be paused until you are ready to return.
When you are ready to return, and re-activate your account, just LOGIN as usual. You will be redirected to a Pricing PLAN page. The reason we offer this is because some returning customers want to change their plan when they return.
